F. Charles Wilkey has extensive work experience in logistics and shipping operations. F. Charles is currently the Director of Logistics & Shipping Operations at Oriental Weavers since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Mohawk Industries for 20 years as the Senior Plant Manager-Warehousing and Distribution Operations. Before joining Mohawk Industries, they had a 7-year tenure at Springs Industries as a Department Manager, where they gained experience in various departments. Charles also served as a Sergeant in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division, where they received leadership training and served in multiple operations.
F. Charles Wilkey received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Berry College - Campbell School of Business, completing their studies from 1986 to 1990. F. Charles later pursued further education, earning an M.B.A. in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same institution's Campbell School of Business between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, Wilkey obtained various certifications throughout their career, including MBTI - Myers/Briggs Testing from Qualifying.Org in 2004, Six Sigma Black Belt from SBTI - Sigma Breakthrough Technologies in 2004, Six Sigma Green Belt from 3M in 2002, and Certified Trainer from EQM Consulting in 2001.
