Tiago Guarnieri Feracioli serves as the Head of Tax, Legal & Corporate Affairs and General Counsel at Oriflame Cosmetics since September 2021, overseeing operations across 60 countries and responsible for strategic tax planning and compliance. Previously, Tiago held the position of Global Tax Director at a multinational cosmetic group focused on direct selling, managing tax planning strategies and compliance globally. Tiago’s experience includes a Senior Manager role in International Tax at PwC Switzerland, where management of tax implications in global M&A and restructuring projects was essential, and as Global Head of Tax at OAS S.A., managing tax planning across multiple regions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in International Tax Law from Leiden University and advanced certifications in international VAT/GST taxation, alongside extensive professional experience in tax law and international trade.
