Sara Quinto-Seibert

Sara Quinto-Seibert serves as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Scratch Financial since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Vice President of Legal & Compliance at LendingUSA from April to November 2023, and worked at Affirm as Director of Product and Regulatory Counsel (International and New Markets) and Managing Counsel for Product from February 2019 to April 2023. Sara's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Mosaic from March 2017 to February 2019, and as an Associate at Severson & Werson in the Financial Services Group from May 2015 to February 2017. Sara possesses expertise as a consumer lending and litigation lawyer, with a strong foundation in federal and state lending and loan servicing regulations. Educationally, Sara obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
