Jade Taylor has several years of work experience in the field of HR and project management. Jade started their career as a Project Administrator at Towers Watson in 2001 and later worked as a Project Manager and Consultant. Jade'swork primarily involved employee survey data manipulation, report writing, and project management. In 2013, Jade joined Essential HR as an Assistant HR Advisor, where they provided various HR services such as preparing employment agreements, job descriptions, and policy advice. Jade then moved to Orion NZ Ltd in 2016, where they held roles such as Coordinator, Advisor, and Business Partner Lead in the People and Capability department.

Jade Taylor attended the University of Canterbury from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Jade'sfield of study was Human Resources and Economics.
