Prior to these positions, Paul held the General Counsel title at CapLease, Inc., and worked as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP and Parker Chapin LLP. Paul began a career in accounting as a Tax Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Lehigh University.
