As assistant vice president of Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, Kelsey Kiser is responsible for developing, leading and implementing the operational direction for the organization’s orthopedic services. Her goal is to provide leadership and become a catalyst for growth and strategy focused on the integration of new healthcare delivery systems and patient experience.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2014, Kelsey has held ascending leadership roles within the orthopedic service line operations sector, most recently as senior director of practice operations.

Kelsey earned a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a master’s in health services administration from Walden University. She has completed various professional certification programs and held membership in several industry and community organizations, including Special Olympics Florida and the board of directors for Orlando City Soccer Foundation.
