Marcus Starnes

Marcus Starnes is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in healthcare, education, and ministry. Currently serving as a Senior Field DME Specialist at OrthoCarolina since September 2020, Marcus is responsible for managing durable medical equipment orders and processing insurance benefits. Prior experience includes teaching mathematics at Hickory Ridge High School and A.L. Brown High School, where growth in student performance was achieved. Marcus has also held roles as a Program Manager at The Sandbox, where family support programs were developed, and as an Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor in various church settings, focusing on curriculum development and youth ministry. Marcus holds a Master's degree in Religious Education from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Wingate University.
