Sarah M. Poorman has extensive work experience in the orthopedic industry. Sarah M. started their career as an Engineering Co-op at DePuy Orthopaedics in 2008, where they worked in the Extremities department. In 2010, they joined Zimmer as a Development Engineer for Custom Products and later became a Senior I Development Engineer. In 2015, Sarah moved to OrthoPediatrics as the Research and Development Manager for Trauma and Deformity, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Engineering Director at OrthoPediatrics.
Sarah M. Poorman completed their Masters of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Indiana Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on biomechanics at The University of Akron from 2005 to 2010.
