Andrey Tselikov is an experienced economist and consultant with a focus on economic consulting, research, and litigation support. Currently serving as an Economist at OSKR, LLC since April 2014, Andrey provides expertise in intellectual property, antitrust, and securities cases. As a Freelance Project Research Manager since 2011, Andrey manages workflow and research for arms trade photography projects in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. Previous roles include Contributing Editor at Global Voices Online, where Andrey researched Russian online media, and various positions at LECG that involved drafting expert reports, conducting industry research, and performing economic data analysis. Andrey also contributed as a Consulting Policy Analyst at Urban Education Partnership and as an English Composition Tutor at UCLA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
