Jelena Sorokoletova

Jelena Sorokoletova has a wealth of work experience in the hospitality industry. Jelena began their career in 2011 as a Guest Services Agent and Conference & Events Coordinator at The Langham Hotels and Resorts. In 2017, they took on two roles at Hotel Café Royal, as a Reservations Sales Agent and Reservations Coordinator. That same year, they also became a Meeting and Events Coordinator at Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch. In 2018, they took on the role of Sales Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and in 2020 they became a Business Development Support Manager at Osprey Charging Network.

Jelena Sorokoletova began their education in 1998 at Riga 68 Secondary School, where they completed their high school studies in 2010. Jelena then attended Hull college in 2010 to study English Language and Literature/Letters. In 2015, they enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London, where they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 2018.
