Tseng-Yang Hsu

Tseng-Yang Hsu is an experienced leader in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Vice President of Semiconductor Development and Manufacturing at Ostendo Technologies since January 2022. Hsu previously held positions as Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering at GCS from February 2014 to January 2022 and as Vice President of Semiconductor Development and Manufacturing at Ostendo Technologies from November 2010 to January 2014. Prior to that, Hsu was President and CEO of WinMEMS Technologies USA from September 2007 to October 2010, and Director of Microfabrication at Touchdown Technologies from August 2003 to September 2007. Hsu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrophysics from the University of Southern California.
