Rajni Kataria

Rajni Kataria has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rajni is currently working as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at OSTTRA since March 2023. Prior to this, they were an Analyst in the Talent Acquisition CoE at S&P Global from May 2018 to March 2023. Rajni also served as an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition at Fareportal India Pvt Ltd from April 2014 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr Executive in Key Account at ABC Consultants from November 2010 to August 2013, and as a Resourcing professional at 7N Consulting from January 2010 to October 2010.

Rajni Kataria holds an MBA degree in HR from MDU, which was obtained during the period of 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their B.Sc in Science from the same institution, MDU, from the years 2003 to 2006. Rajni has also acquired various certifications, such as "Creating a Compelling Job Description," "Interviewing Techniques," "Performing under Pressure," "Using Data Science to Hire Employees," "Learning Personal Branding," and "Storytelling with Data" from LinkedIn in the year 2020. Rajni received training in "Linked In Training" in the year 2013. Additionally, Rajni completed certifications in "Business Communication" from the British Council and "Key Account Management" from TACK International in the year 2012. Rajni also received "Etiquette's Training" from an internal trainer in the same year.
