Janayna Suzano

Janayna Suzano is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes and teams across various sectors. Currently at Stuart, Janayna leads the global talent acquisition team for technical and business roles, partnering with leadership to align hiring strategies and improve candidate experience. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at UL, overseeing the recruitment process across 17 countries, and Recruiter at Companhia de Estágios, where Janayna developed internship programs for multinational companies. Janayna holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei, along with a CIPD Level 5 Diploma.
