Christopher Green, AICP, currently serves as Planning Manager at Otak since June 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions such as Senior Planner at Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. from September 2021 to June 2023, and Assistant Planner II at the City of Spokane from July 2018 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Planner and Associate Planner at Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. and the City of Salem, respectively, as well as Energy Facility Siting Analyst at the Oregon Department of Energy, managing major energy facility reviews. Christopher began their planning career as City Planner at the City of Spokane and has also worked as Assistant Planner in Duvall and in various roles with YMCA. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University and a BA in Urban & Environmental Policy from Occidental College.
