OTO Development
Kevin De Mark has over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Kevin currently serves as the Senior National Director of Facilities at OTO Development, where they are responsible for overseeing the architecture, facilities, renovation, and construction of corporate-owned and third-party managed hotels. In this role, they develop and implements training programs for over 68 hotels nationwide and collaborates with regional operations teams to ensure brand requirements and quality assurance standards are met. Prior to their current position, Kevin held the role of National Director of Facilities at OTO Development, where they continued to oversee facilities operations. Kevin also worked as the Manager of Architecture at OTO Development, where they managed architectural changes and hiring of architecture firms for new hotel development. Before joining OTO Development, Kevin served as a Regional Facilities Manager at Extended Stay Hotels, where they managed facilities and renovation programs for 80 hotels and handled national account programs for a 600-hotel portfolio. Kevin also worked as a Construction Manager at Advance America. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked at Extended Stay America as a Manager of Facilities, where they developed and implemented facilities programs for a 475-hotel portfolio and trained hotel maintenance personnel. Kevin also served as an Architectural Assistant at Extended Stay America, assisting with architectural projects.
Kevin De Mark attended the University of Miami from 1991 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Nova High School from 1988 to 1991, earning a High School Diploma. In 2022, they enrolled at Clemson University to pursue a Drone Pilot FAA Part 107 certification, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
