Kevin Napper has a diverse and extensive work experience in facilities management and energy management. Kevin has held various roles in different companies, starting as a Carpenter Apprentice at Collins Development Company from 1983 to 1991. Kevin then worked at Longs Drugs as a Corporate Supervising Facilities/Energy Manager, where they developed and managed strategies for facilities maintenance and energy management. Kevin joined Safeway as an EMS Commissioner and later became an Energy Management Systems (EMS) Manager, where they implemented energy-saving initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings. Kevin also worked at Pet Food Express as a Facilities Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail sites. Prior to their current role as the West Coast Director of Facilities at OTO Development, they worked at BevMo! as a Facilities Manager, providing maintenance support, managing budgets, and integrating systems for rapid company growth. Overall, Kevin's work experience demonstrates their expertise in facilities management and energy management across various industries.
