Heidel Dallmann possesses extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and strategic management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Architect at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), Heidel has previously held significant roles at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. as Associate Director of People Systems & Strategy, and at First Advantage as Manager and Lead Analyst of HRIS. Additional experience includes serving as Workday Core HR & Reporting Manager at Danaher Corporation and HRIS Operations Lead/Consultant at Motorola Solutions.
