Robert Firebaugh

Robert Firebaugh has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to product design, user experience, and creative direction. Robert'smost recent position is Director of Product Design & User Research at Otter.ai, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Principal Product Designer at Otter.ai from January 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Otter.ai, Robert worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Mozilla from September 2018 to January 2019. Robert also held the position of Director of Product Design at Good&Co Labs Inc. from October 2017 to March 2018 and Senior User Experience Designer at the same company from August 2017 to October 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, Robert founded and served as the Director of Product Design at Exploriverse LLC, where they focused on making children's education fun and rewarding. Before that, they worked as the Director of User Experience at Zynga from 2010 to 2013 and as the Director of Creative and Co-Founder at Electrotank Inc. from 2001 to 2011.

Robert also has experience as an author during their time as a self-employed individual from 2003 to 2006. Robert started their career as a Senior Multimedia Designer at CPR Interactive from 2001 to 2004 and as a Senior Flash Artist at UBUBU, Inc. from 2000 to 2001.
