Currently at OutForm Consulting since May 2019, Mike assists companies in enhancing their performance and has undertaken an interim role as Supply Director for Moffett Trucks. Prior to this, Mike held positions at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included improving operational performance in the Middle East and managing procurement transformations. With experience as Project Director at Dematic overseeing a complex automated logistics project in Dubai, and as Group Head of Supply Chain at Aggreko managing a $400M spend across global operations, Mike has consistently demonstrated leadership in supply chain strategy and execution. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Durham University.
