With a background that includes leadership roles in continuous improvement and process control at renowned companies such as NLMK Pennsylvania and AK Steel Corporation, Manko has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and product quality. Manko holds a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Science & Engineering from Penn State University and has completed multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Toyota Production System.
