Kavitha Balasubramanian currently serves as the Head of HR at Outpost VFX, where responsibilities include the establishment and management of the people function in India since October 2021. As the Owner & Innovator of Ru Naturals, Kavitha is dedicated to transforming skin and hair care by promoting traditional Indian beauty therapies. Previously, Kavitha founded and led EvolvE HR from November 2017 to June 2022, providing tailored HR solutions to SMEs and start-ups. At GreenPoint Global, Kavitha held roles as Product Head for TG Campus and Director of Human Resources, playing a pivotal part in launching a cloud-based SaaS platform in India and developing comprehensive HR policies. Additional experience includes teaching Talent Acquisition as a Visiting Faculty at SIES College of Management Studies and various HR management roles at prominent organizations such as BCCL and Tata Consultancy Services. Kavitha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from SIES College of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Ramnarain Ruia College.
