Sterling Conwell

Sterling Conwell has extensive experience in product design and leadership roles. Starting in 2014, Sterling worked as an Associate at Alvarez & Marsal for a year before transitioning to Microsoft in 2015. At Microsoft, Sterling contributed significantly to the development of the Microsoft Teams partner app platform, which saw a significant increase in daily active users during their time on the team. Sterling then joined Redfin in 2018 as a Senior Product Designer, where they successfully led various design initiatives and mentored a team of product designers. Afterward, Sterling briefly worked as a Product Design Lead at Block Renovation in 2022 before joining Outreach as a Staff Product Designer in 2023.

Sterling Conwell completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 2013. In 2015, they earned a Certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
