Paul Sung Cha

Paul Sung Cha serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Outrider, having assumed this position in February 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held various significant positions, including Deputy General Counsel at Sheridan Ross P.C., where responsibilities involved intellectual property litigation and serving as a registered patent attorney. With nearly two decades of experience as a patent attorney and litigator, Paul has a robust background in representing clients in intellectual property disputes, enhanced by prior in-house counsel experience at CoorsTek, Inc. and partnership at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law.
