Elton Bird

Elton Bird is a highly experienced Senior Programmer with a diverse background in game development and programming across multiple platforms. Currently at Outright Games since April 2022, Elton previously held various roles, including Senior Programmer at NaturalMotion, where contributions were made to the development of "Dawn of Titans." As the Owner, Programmer, Designer, and Artist at Uprising Games Limited since December 2008, Elton has been involved in creating games and technology for handheld systems. A strong technical background includes significant roles in notable companies such as First Touch Games Ltd, Exient Ltd, and Sega Europe, where Elton's expertise encompassed software engineering, team management, and platform-specific optimizations. The career also features independent development work on the Commodore Amiga, showcasing a long-standing passion for the gaming industry that began in the mid-1990s. Elton's education includes A levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Brakenhale School.
