Alan Roth

Alan Roth is an experienced legal executive with a diverse background, serving in various capacities across multiple organizations since the early 1990s. Currently, Roth is a Director at Quoddy, Inc. and a Partner at Outside GC, LLC, providing in-house legal services and counsel in corporate, transactional, and intellectual property matters. Previously, Roth has held roles such as Division Counsel at L1 Identity Solutions, President and CEO of Internet Business Capital Corporation Limited, and General Counsel at both C-bridge Internet Solutions, Inc. and Cambridge Executive Enterprises.
