Ana Filipa Couvinhas

Ana Filipa Couvinhas is a Lead User Experience Researcher at OutSystems, where contributions since December 2018 have included establishing the UX Research team and supporting strategic initiatives in Product Strategy, AI, and Product-led Growth. Previously, roles at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture focused on enhancing agricultural practices through effective communication and user research. As a co-founder and consultant at Diretors&CE, Ana worked on ethnographic research projects with organizations like TechnoServe. Ana's earlier experiences include significant roles as a Research & Design Specialist and Service Designer at TechnoServe, along with extensive field research in sustainable design within deprived communities. Ana holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Systemic Design from Politecnico di Torino and a MicroMasters in User Experience Research and Design from the University of Michigan.
