Róisín Lythgoe Curley has a diverse work experience background in the technology industry. Róisín started working as a Business IT Analyst at NGA Human Resources in 2019, where they focused on implementing Office 365 and improving the efficiency and ways of working for over 5,400 employees. Róisín then joined FITTS as a Business Change Officer, helping various companies implement Microsoft 365 and maximize their usage of the Office 365 toolkit. In 2021, Róisín became a Business Development Representative at ServiceMax, where they played a key role in generating new business opportunities. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Business Development Representative for UKI & Northern Europe at OverIT, where they assist customers in achieving service excellence through the use of market-leading Field Service Management technology.
Róisín Lythgoe Curley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Leeds Beckett University from 2015 to 2018. In addition, they obtained certifications in Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in January 2021 and in Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist from Microsoft in 2019.
