Overland Summers
Lilly Bianchi has a diverse work experience. From 2017 to present, they have worked at Overland Summers, starting as a Trip Leader and currently serving as the Assistant Director of Leader Hiring. In 2020, they joined North Country School and Camp Treetops as a Teaching Fellow and later became a Teacher in History and Social Studies. Their other experiences include internships at Cycling out of Poverty (CooP-Africa) and Jinja BaseCamp Uganda in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Referee for the ILLINOIS HOCKEY OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION from 2013 to 2016.
From 2016 to 2020, Lilly Bianchi attended St. Lawrence University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. During their time there, they pursued a double major in Creative Writing and History, with a minor in African Studies.

Overland offers hiking, service, and language programs to young adults ages 9 to 18. In everything we do, we seek to show our students how beautiful and exciting, how full of promise the world is, and to offer life experiences with value and resonance that extend far beyond the boundaries of a single summer.
