John Heady is an experienced professional in the energy and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Energy Delivery Manager at OVO since November 2015, with additional roles including Second Line Team Manager, Customer Care Team Manager, and Smart Outbound Team Manager. Prior to their tenure at OVO, John worked at Winchester City Council from May 2013 to September 2015, where responsibilities included various support roles at the Winchester Guildhall. Additionally, John has hospitality experience as a Casual Waiter at Lainston House from April 2011 to May 2014 and worked as a Tennis Coach at The Winchester Tennis and Squash Club from April 2008 to August 2011, focusing on coaching younger children. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film with Creative Writing from the University of the West of England and completed studies in Media Studies, English Literature, and History at Peter Symonds College.
