Zoé Blanchard

Zoé Blanchard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of People at OVRSEA, a global freight forwarder company that specializes in international freight management. Prior to this, Zoé worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sport Heroes, where they managed HR responsibilities for a team of 70 individuals. Zoé also had a brief stint as a Chargée de Recrutement et Mobilité at Thales.

Before joining Thales, Zoé worked as a Chargée de Recrutement at Orange Business Services, where they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and administrative tasks related to employee integration. Prior to that, they served as a Chargée de Recrutement at Bee Engineering and as a Chargée de recherche at Randstad Search & Selection.

Zoé's work experience also includes a role as an Assistant Manager at Oxfam and an Assistant Chargée de Communication during a three-month internship at Théâtre l'Hexagone, where they focused on promoting the intersection between arts and sciences through various initiatives.

Zoé Blanchard's education history begins in 2011 when they attended IUT Valence and graduated with a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation, focusing on Marketing. After completing their diploma, they continued their studies at IAE Valence in 2013 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration. Following this, they pursued their passion for strategic human resource management by enrolling at Grenoble IAE in 2014. There, they completed a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources, specializing in Human Resources.
