Olivier Guillot

Olivier Guillot is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in industrial engineering and production management across various sectors, including glass manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive. Since November 2015, Olivier has held the position of Plant Manager at O-I, overseeing a workforce of 140 people and managing key projects such as the implementation of advanced machinery and the reconstruction of a production furnace, with budgets reaching 18 million euros. Previous roles include responsibilities in maintenance and production management at Aubert et Duval and Chervin, as well as production site oversight at Dasso Group and Dassault Fils. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a DUT in Industrial Engineering from Montluçon.
