Phillip P. Wilson Msoh

Phillip P. Wilson MSOH, GSP, COSM, COSS is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety (EHS) management, currently serving as EHS Operational Excellence Manager for O-I since February 2022, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Safety Director at Kirk Corporation, EHS Coordinator at Revere Plastics Systems, and SH&E Director at The McAlear Group, where Phillip developed safety policies and ensured regulatory compliance. Phillip’s earlier experiences include Safety Inspector at Norfolk Southern Corporation and Law Enforcement Officer positions with the National Police Association and the US Army, where Phillip demonstrated leadership and humanitarian efforts. Phillip holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health-Environmental Management and is pursuing PhDs in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene and Criminal Justice/Safety Studies.
