Vicki Koppert possesses extensive experience in customer service and advocacy, currently serving as a Customer Advocate at Owens & Minor since October 2013, where Vicki has also held roles as a Customer Service Specialist and Shift Supervisor. Prior to Owens & Minor, Vicki worked as a Realtor at Watson Realty Corp. for a brief period in 2013. Additionally, Vicki spent 17 years at Cequent Performance Products, accumulating a diverse skill set in reception, customer service, accounts receivable, sales and marketing, and distribution.
