Linda Higgins

Linda Higgins serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Old World Industries since January 2025, with prior experience in the same role at Sloan from January 2017 to December 2024, where Linda transformed the HR function into a strategic partner for business operations. At LafargeHolcim, Linda held the position of Senior Vice President of Organization and Human Resources from August 2013 to January 2017, managing a team of 50 and leading HR initiatives during a merger. Linda also served as Global Director of Human Resources for Sullair at United Technologies from June 2007 to July 2013, guiding HR strategy for over 1,500 employees across multiple countries. Linda began their career as Manager of Human Resources at Danaher Corporation from June 2003 to June 2007. Linda holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and completed an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
