Chayse Henrie

Chayse Henrie is a seasoned professional in human resources and operational strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at P3 Health Partners since July 2019. In this role, Chayse has managed projects such as transitioning from a PEO to an in-house HRIS and overseeing the opening of new medical practices, with a focus on patient experience and operational support. Prior to this, Chayse was Director of Operational Strategy and Business Development at CSI, where efforts included modernizing IT infrastructure to enhance collaboration. Chayse also held the position of Senior Manager of Patient Experience at Healthcare Partners of Nevada, leading initiatives for patient-centered care. Earlier roles included HR Training and Information at Fraser, focusing on onboarding and employee training. Chayse holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Southern Utah University.
