Jeff Larsen has extensive experience in the energy industry. Jeff has held various roles at PacifiCorp and PacifiCorp/Rocky Mountain Power, including Vice President of Regulation and Government Affairs and Managing Director of Regulatory Affairs. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Regulation at PacifiCorp/Rocky Mountain Power. In 2013, Larsen became a Director on the Board of Directors for NV Energy, Inc.

Jeff Larsen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University (1979-1984). Jeff also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Utah State University (1992-1994). In addition, they completed post-graduate executive training at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2002) and post-graduate executive education at The Wharton School (2001-2002), specializing in Advanced Executive Program and Scottish Power Business Leadership Programme, respectively.
