Brian Kays has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Brian started their career at Genie Industries as an Engineer in 1996 and worked there until 2002. Brian then joined Navatek Ltd in 2002 as a Project Engineer and held this position until 2018 when they became the Director of Mechanical Systems and Controls at Navatek, Ltd. In 2019, Brian joined Navatek LLC as the Vice President of Mechanical Systems and Controls and later transitioned to become the Vice President of Platform Design and Prototyping at PacMar Technologies in 2020.
Brian Kays attended the University of Washington from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
