Cory Irwin is an experienced professional in the real estate field, currently serving as an Asset Manager and Leasing/Property Manager at PacTrust since March 2015. Previously, Cory held roles as a Deckhand at Shaver Transportation Co and as a Broker and Client Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in office leasing and financial analysis of lease transactions worth $200 million in the Portland and Seattle markets. Earlier experience includes working as an REO Account Manager at RE/MAX Associates, successfully closing 80 transactions valued at $30 million and significantly increasing corporate accounts within a year. Cory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
