Joel Erb

Joel Erb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President at Padilla since June 2017, Joel previously co-founded SpotTrot and held the position of Partner at SalesMirror, providing strategic technology and market direction to enhance sales communications. Joel's background includes founding INM United, which was later acquired by Padilla, and co-founding TechHatch. Additionally, Joel contributed to the community as a Board Member of the Downtown Richmond Neighborhood Association and as Chairman of the Small Business Awards Foundation. Joel Erb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business in 2006.
