Atticus LeBlanc

Atticus LeBlanc is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and property management. As the Founder and CEO of PadSplit since January 2017, LeBlanc has developed the largest coliving marketplace in the US, focusing on affordable housing solutions. In addition, LeBlanc co-founded Stryant Investments, LLC and Stryant Construction, Inc. in April 2008, managing a portfolio of distressed properties in metro Atlanta. As President of Guardian Brokerage & Management, Inc., also established in 2005, LeBlanc specializes in managing commercial and multifamily properties in the area. Previous experience includes a role as Real Estate Manager at RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. and as a Financial Analyst at ACG Professionals. Atticus LeBlanc holds a BA in Architecture and Urban Studies from Yale University (1998-2002).
