Eric Ng

Eric Ng is a legal professional with extensive experience in data privacy, regulatory compliance, and financial law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Data and Regulatory at Pagaya since January 2021, Eric specializes in US Data Privacy Law and Consumer Financial Regulatory Law. Prior to Pagaya, Eric held various positions at Apple Bank, including Interim Deputy General Counsel and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities included advising on changes to banking laws and drafting compliance policies. Eric's earlier roles include serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey and interning at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Eric holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in History and Government from Cornell University.
