Samantha Gleadall is a Participant Success Specialist at Palette Skills since November 2023, previously holding the role of Participant Success Coordinator at the same organization, where responsibilities included supporting participant success strategies for training and employment. Prior experience includes serving as a Youth Service Officer at NPAAMB Indigenous Youth Employment and Training from May 2020 to March 2023, and as a Secretary at The Salvation Army Meadowlands from September 2016 to May 2020, where duties involved managing office communications and coordinating events. Earlier in the career, Samantha worked as a Youth Services Officer at Sprucedale Youth Centre from March 2013 to April 2015, focusing on the supervision and rehabilitation of youth in a secure custody facility. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology from the University of Guelph, earned between September 2008 and April 2012.
