Sofia Cornell is an experienced accounting manager, currently serving at Palisade Bio since March 2023, following their role at ROI·DNA where responsibilities included month-end close and payroll management for over 100 employees. Prior experience includes staff accountant positions at both Cidara Therapeutics and e-Accounting Department, as well as foundational sales and marketing roles at Verizon Wireless and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
