Masseh comes to Pallas from futures and foresight firm Toffler Associates, where he was the Disruptive Tech Portfolio Lead, and he has recently served as part of the National Security Innovation Network’s (NSIN) Defense Innovation Accelerator as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
