Morgan Retirement Plan Services, where they held multiple roles, including Corporate Senior Specialist, Special Transaction Team Specialist, and Transaction Team Specialist from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Jessica started their career at UMB Bank as a Senior Accountant from 2000 to 2003.

Jessica Luvaas, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from Salem University.
