Stacy Brice has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and legal counsel. Stacy started their career as a Compliance Officer at Kellogg Capital Group in 2005 and later worked as an Assistant Counsel at Graham Capital Management from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Glade Brook Capital Partners LLC as a Compliance Officer and then moved on to LibreMax Capital, LLC in 2015, where they held positions as a Senior Compliance Officer and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. In 2019, Stacy Brice joined Palmer Square Capital Management LLC, first as the Vice President of Compliance and Legal Counsel and then moved up to the role of Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel in March 2021.
Stacy Brice started their education journey in 1998, when they enrolled at Oklahoma State University. Stacy pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, completing their studies in 2002. Afterward, in 2002, Stacy went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where they studied Law and earned their Juris Doctorate degree in 2004. Following this, in 2004, they briefly attended Seton Hall University School of Law, focusing on Law once again. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
