Shawn Lynch

Shawn Lynch has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator at Palmetto GBA since March 2021. Previously, Shawn held roles as Clinical Manager at Alacare Home Health & Hospice, supervising over 20 clinicians, managing compliance, and overseeing patient care for more than 125 patients. Shawn's earlier experience includes serving as a Case Manager, handling a caseload of over 30 clients, and providing essential medical services. Additionally, Shawn worked as a Staff R.N. at Shoals Hospital, focusing on Med-Surg-Oncology and ICU rehab. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing from Calhoun Community College and studies at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
