Xavier Rizos

Xavier Rizos serves as the Global Chief Strategy and Impact Officer at PALO IT, a B Corp certified consulting and software development firm focused on sustainable digital innovation, since January 2023. Concurrently, Xavier is an Advisory Board Member at the Gulbali Institute, contributing to research in integrated agriculture and freshwater ecosystems, and serves as a Senior Advisor for Climate-KIC Australia, emphasizing systems innovation for climate action. Previous roles include Group Head of Strategy & Innovation at Bank of Queensland, Senior Advisor for EIT Climate-KIC within the European Union, Director of Group Strategy at Westpac, and multiple positions at NAB where Xavier co-founded the NABLab innovation incubator. Xavier holds advanced engineering degrees from CentraleSupélec and the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and sustainability across various sectors globally.
