Peter Harper

Peter Harper has extensive experience in business process analysis and operations management, currently serving as a Business Process Analyst III at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since May 2009. In this role, Peter focuses on improving KPIs to support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process and developing new business tools for data extraction and reporting. Prior to joining Panasonic, Peter was a Sr. Master Scheduler at Astronics AES, where significant achievements included reducing inventory exposure from $23M to $10M and improving on-time delivery from 90% to 97%. Peter’s earlier experience as Director of Operations at Teledyne Controls involved overseeing new product development, production control, and successful management of RFQs. Peter holds a degree from San José State University.
