Francisco Maristela

Francisco (Nguyen) Maristela is an experienced professional with a strong background in support and operations management. As the Head of APAC Support and Country Manager at PandaDoc since March 2022, Francisco focuses on scaling the global support team and enhancing customer experience in collaboration with engineering and customer success teams. Previously, at RingCentral, Francisco held several roles, culminating as Director for Global Services Operations, driving performance and financial success for the Country Management Office, and leading project managers as Sr. Manager of Services Operations. Francisco's earlier career includes significant positions at Cisco Systems as a Focus Group PM and at Concentrix, where various roles contributed to expertise in customer support and operations management. Francisco holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mindanao University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology.
